I am here in DC, in the midst of Christmas and wedding craziness. So far there has been a lot of running around, Christmas shopping, and wrapping. I also went to my bachlorette party and saw "Lord of the Rings."
The movie was way too violent for me (I had my eyes closed for about 2/3) and the party was okay. No one was really up for going out and everyone was tired, etc. Which I understand, but I did feel there could have been some sucking it up.
Oh well. As goodbyes to being single go it was definitely an easy one to say.
I am looking forward to actual Christmas and the wedding. Everyone is a little on edge, which makes things more difficult to slog through. But I have faith, for the most part, that it will all work out.
Reading: Not a damn thing. No time.
Craving: To be left alone for 24 hours.
Thinking: I get married in less than a week!!
